What is STOW IT’s refund policy?

  • No charges are made until your reservation start date. If you cancel before check-in, you won’t be charged.
  • If you don’t use the space and didn’t cancel in time, contact us within 48 hours of your billing date to request a refund. Refunds aren’t guaranteed after this window.
  • For month-to-month reservations, notify us before your billing date to avoid being charged. If you’ve moved out and were billed, let us know within 48 hours to review your refund request.
  • Checking out early? Notify us before your billing date to ensure a prorated charge. Refunds for early check-out can’t be processed if we aren’t notified within 48 hours of billing.
