What if I overstay my reservation?
If you haven’t moved out by your check-out date, you’ll be charged for an additional month.
We’ll email you around your check-out date to confirm your plans or extend your reservation. If you need more time, just reply with your new move-out date. For extensions less than 30 days, you’ll be billed a prorated amount.
If we can’t reach you, you’ll automatically be billed for another 30 days.
