What if I can’t pay?

We always try to work with our customers. If you know you will be unable to pay please email us at support@stowit.com to review all options.

  • Upon 7 days of no payment, you will owe an additional $15 fee.
  • Upon 15 days of no payment, you will incur an additional $20 fee.
  • If you fail to pay the overdue balance within 30 days, we will not allow you on the premises of the location where your item is being stored. You will also incur additional fees if we are forced to start the repossession process. In rare cases, your items may be towed from the property.

If you are unable to pay your STOW IT balance we will try to work with you to come to a peaceful resolution. In rare cases, we will remove your items from the location and start the repossession process. We work with partners and legal counsel to professionally handle these situations.

You will have the opportunity to repossess your vehicles within a reasonable time frame by paying all outstanding balances.
