How often am I billed?
Billing occurs on your check-in date and recurs on the same date each month thereafter. To discontinue charges, you must notify STOW IT of your intended move-out date.
If you have selected a specific move-out date, STOW IT will contact you via email to confirm your departure. Please respond to that email to finalize your move-out and halt further billing.
For month-to-month agreements, you are required to inform STOW IT of your permanent move-out date to stop charges.
