How do I reset my password?

If you know your current password:

  1. Log in and select “Account” from the main menu.
  2. In the “Update Password” section, enter your new password.
  3. Click “Update Password” to save the changes.

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Click “Log In” from the main menu and select “Forgot your password?”
  2. Enter your email address and a password reset link will be sent to you.
  3. Follow the link to reset your password.

If you believe your username and password are correct but still cannot access your account, please contact us at support@stowit.com for further assistance.
