How do I extend my rental or change my dates?

Before your reservation expires we will attempt to reach you to confirm that you will be moving out or to extend your rental if needed. STOW IT reserves the right to charge you for the rental for an additional month if we cannot confirm you have moved out or we are unable to reach you.

The rental rate may vary based on the length of renewal. In the event of no response, we may also back-bill you for time spent at the location that was not included in your reservation dates or withdraw rent from your deposit (if applicable).

You may renew the rental by telling STOW IT a new check-out date or by opting to renew on a month-to-month basis.

STOW IT host and STOW IT Inc. reserves the right to not extend rentals at their discretion.

If you move out early, it is your responsibility to email STOW IT to let a STOW IT representative know that you have moved out before your check-out date. If you have already been billed for additional time, STOW IT may not be able to issue a refund.
