Renter Questions

If you need to contact the host of your reservation, you may message them directly on STOW IT, or you may use their contact information that was provided to you via email, when the reservation was confirmed.

To message them directly:

1. Log in to your account and select “My Reservations”.
2. Find your reservation details and select “Message Host”
3. Type your questions and click “Send”

Hosts should respond to your question within 48 hours. If they do not, STOW IT will contact them on your behalf.

In order to contact a space owner that you do not have a reservation with:

1. Log in or create a STOW IT account.
2. Find the space you are interested in and click on “MESSAGE HOST”
3. Type your questions and click “Send”
