How do I check out?

If you selected a check-out date when booking your reservation, you can leave on that date. STOW IT will send you an email a few days before your scheduled check-out date to confirm your move-out plans or to see if you’d like to extend your reservation. You must confirm you have moved out with STOW IT by replying to this email to stop monthly charges. 

For month-to-month rentals, you must notify STOW IT before your next billing cycle to end your reservation and avoid future charges. Please note that scanning out of the facility does not confirm your move-out. The codes provided let you scan in and out of the facility throughout your reservation. 

Refunds may not be possible if your billing has already been processed.
