How do we get paid?

You should expect to be paid 3-7 days after a rental is started and then every 30 days for the entirety of the reservation. Renters are billed the monthly or prorated amount on their check-in date and then every 30 days.

Your first deposit may take up to 10 business days in some cases.

STOW IT will transfer funds to your connected bank account on a "2 business day rolling basis”. This would mean that charges processed before a given Thursday will be grouped together and deposited in your account on the following Monday.

You may enter in your payment details by:

  1. Log in to STOW IT and select “Payments" from the main menu.
  2. Select your preferred method to receive payments from your list of options.
  3. Enter in the required information by our payment provider to set up automatic deposits.
  4. You should then see your default method highlighted on your "Payments" page.

The deposit should show as STOW IT on your bank statement. If you believe your payment information is incorrect or you are not receiving payments, please contact STOW IT immediately at support@stowit.com.
